monitoreo y an\u00e1lisis sobre la violencia laboral en la regi\u00f3n centroamericana, con \u00e9nfasis en la violencia laboral que ocurre en las zonas francas de Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras y Nicaragua.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las directrices de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, definen la violencia en el lugar de trabajo como los \u00abincidentes en los que el personal sufre abusos, amenazas o ataques en circunstancias relacionadas con su trabajo &#8211; incluidos el viaje de ida y vuelta a \u00e9l &#8211; que pongan en peligro, expl\u00edcita o impl\u00edcitamente, su seguridad, su bienestar o su salud\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo tambi\u00e9n la ubica como cualquier expresi\u00f3n de violencia en los centros de trabajo, explicando que esta puede ser psicol\u00f3gica por ejemplo, gritos, amenazas, humillaciones, dar indicaciones en voz alta, acoso laboral, acoso sexual e incluso violencia f\u00edsica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En otras palabras, la violencia laboral es definida como una forma de abuso de poder que tiene por finalidad excluir o someter a otra persona, que puede manifestarse como agresi\u00f3n f\u00edsica, verbal, sexual y psicol\u00f3gica. Esta puede presentarse tanto en sentido vertical (ascendente o descendente) como entre pares, puede ejercerse por acci\u00f3n u omisi\u00f3n, afecta la salud y el bienestar de las personas que trabajan y configura una violaci\u00f3n a los derechos humanos y laborales .<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Observatorio da a conocer el marco legal laboral, indicadores econ\u00f3micos laborales de las mujeres centroamericanas, estudios, investigaciones y campa\u00f1as informativas que buscan analizar la condici\u00f3n y situaci\u00f3n de las trabajadoras en la regi\u00f3n; pero especialmente exponer sus denuncias y demandas hacia las autoridades responsables de garantizar el cumplimiento de sus derechos laborales de parte de instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tambi\u00e9n desarrollamos diferentes acciones de incidencia para demostrar que la violencia
